Our Services
Eco-friendly recycling for electronics and metals.
How It Works
-
Step 1: Controlled Intake & Logistics: We coordinate nationwide logistics for bulk pickups, ensuring all materials are removed from containers and staged for automated processing in a sub-pressure environment.
-
Step 2: Negative Pressure De-manufacturing: To prevent the escape of hazardous vapors or particles, our primary recycling machines operate under constant negative air pressure.
-
Step 3: Mechanical Separation: Using a patented air transportation system and high-speed crushing, we separate raw materials into distinct categories: glass, aluminum, steel, and phosphor powder.

-
Step 4: Multi-Stage Filtration: All air within the system passes through a triple-filtration stack, including a pre-filter bag, a HEPA filter, and an activated carbon filter to capture 99.9% of emissions.
-
Step 5: Thermal Retorting: Materials containing mercury or rare earth elements are processed in a thermal distiller (retort), where heat is used to drive out and reclaim pure mercury and metals.
-
Step 6: Material Re-utilization: The final outputs—cleaned glass, recycled aluminum, and reclaimed mercury—are prepared for reuse in new manufacturing cycles.
-
Step 7: Compliance Certification: Upon completion, we issue a formal Certificate of Recycling, which serves as your legal documentation for environmental compliance and audit trails.
